Nurturing Positive Values for a Well-rounded Individual

Our Philosophy
This is based on a set of four strongly held beliefs:
1. We believe that every child is a unique individual. Our programmes bring out the uniqueness in each child. We appreciate and respect each child as an individual. We are sensitive to every child's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs. We encourage not just learning, but also the love of learning.
2. We believe that the child should be motivated. Our programmes build confidence in children, develop greater awareness of them, improve their self esteem, establish and sustain their interest in learning, inculcate independence in seeking out knowledge and bring out their true potential.
3. We believe that the strength of our programmes lies in our dedicated and professional teaching staff. We support our teachers with training, resources, and freedom to create unique learning experiences according to the theme for our children. We provide opportunities for teachers to share ideas and grow professionally. We seek teachers who are competent, dedicated and self-motivated and possess a natural love for children.
4. We believe parents play a vital role in the child's development. We encourage effective communication between parents and staff, including active involvement in the child’s enrichment.
