Terms & Conditions:
  1. Payment of fees must be made before start of class to confirm place. For payment by cheques, please make them payable to Learning Horizon Pte Ltd. Any fees paid is NON-REFUNDABLE if withdrawal is effected before the commencement of the term/class/module etc.
  2. Should the class falls on a public holiday, there will be a replacement class. For classes that are cancelled/ postponed and are not indicated in the calendar of classes, replacement classes will be conducted.
  3. Refunds will be given if the classes are cancelled and not replaced.
  4. One month notice needs to be given for all classes.Any withdrawal/ refund must be accompanied by a Withdrawal/ Refund Form. Verbal withdrawals will not be accepted.

I understand that all due care for my child's safety will be exercised by the teachers at all times. In the event of any acidents or injuries that should occur to my child, I will not hold Learning Horizon Pte Ltd responsible and agree to indemnify them against any claims.
